SIX SECTIONS MOBILE STORAGE SYSTEM FOR BARS UP TO 12 m a

A device installed directly at the inlet of the cutting head. By means of a magnet it lifts the front part of the bars stored in the prestocking area aligned to the automatic cutting machine and it catches the bars with a gripper inserting them into the feed inlet. This unit, electro-pneumatically driven, counts automatically the bars (number of bars that must be cut together) according to the data previously memorized on the PC of the automatic cutting machine. It is always possible, deactivating the group, loading manually the bars on the cutting head. The automatic feeding unit can load bars from diameter Ø 16 up to Ø 32 mm and not shorter than 9 m. Bars with smaller and bigger diameters and shorter length than 9 m must be loaded manually.
